Rail trail groups have made outstanding progress recently

Pathways for Keene
Completed construction of the North Bridge carrying the Cheshire North
trail over Routes 9, 10, and 12.

Town of Swanzey
Constructed hardpack trail south of Route 101 to Sawyers Crossing Road.

Manchester Moves:
Constructed Hands Across the Merrimack Bridge in Manchester.
Built Piscataquog trail in Manchester, leading west toward the Goffstown Rail Trail.
Obtained large culvert for the Portsmouth Branch Trail to pass beneath Peabody Avenue.

WOW Trail:
First mile of WOW trail completed in Laconia.

Friends of the Northern Rail Trail in Merrimack County:
Added another 10 miles to 4-season Northern Rail Trail and connected to the Grafton County stretch for a 45-mile long continuous 4-season trail.
Milepost renovation project on Northern Rail Trail straightened and repainted 11 posts on the four-season stretch.
DOT built spacious box culvert constructed at Potter Place where Route 11 bridge was torn down and replaced by a fill.

Windham Rail Trail Alliance:
Renovated Windham Depot and Freight House buildings.

Derry Rail Trail Alliance:  
Progress paving the Derry Rail Trail.

Brookline Conservation:
Repaired two stream crossings for the Potanipo Rail Trail.
